Rear Bumper Quarter/Cap
Hey Guys:
I have a quick question. I had a buddy of mine, clip my truck (on accident of course and we were going to fix it, as we both are pretty good with our hands.
My rear bumper (2002 blazer, looks like its 3 parts). Main bumper and two end caps, as you can see in the pic, the one "cap or quarter panel" is damaged.
I need to call around to find this part, what is the exact term, and is that a pretty easy on off. I am at work today, have not really had a chance to take a good look, as it happen last night after fishing..
Thanks for any help gents!

Thanks, yeah after work I took a good look in the daylight, looks simple enough. I found the bumper caps online, however, I know of a good scrap yard by my house with a 2000 blazer.
My question is, what years would fit that cap on my 02, I know a 99 will not because it has some additional trim. Can anyone let me know what years have similar rear bumper setups?
Thanks!

depends on the trim level, some had that trim some did not, mine is a 2000ls and does not have it

Any from 98 up should fit. I've seen several 98-2000s that didn't have the trim
The pre-98 caps will work but they're not ideal. I snagged some trim-less caps at a junkyard but didn't pay attention to what year the donor vehicle was and after installing them on my 98, they're about an inch shorter than they should be. Now it looks like my whole rear bumper is pulled away from the car a bit

Thanks a bunch guys, just the response I was looking for. The Pick and Pull by my house has 99 and 00 in the lot, Sunday Funday starts there.
Thanks again!
Thanks again!
