Replacing Panels

Replacing Panels
I live near a couple decent junk yards with tons of Blazer's and even one LT 4 Door with the sunroof (only ever found one of these other then mine). Anyways mine does have some rust issues here and there and one is to the point where I don't think new paint will do the trick.
I'm kinda wondering if it is possible to rip off the panels on these blazers in the scrap yard. They are in perfect rust free shape and I want em! The main spot on the blazer that has rusted through is that portion that runs under the doors on the bottom of the car. Pretty sure the whole body rest on this, but if there is a way to grab it and replace mine I'd love to know. That and the inside of the wheel, but this looks like the whole top of the car is one piece with it.
The wheel well hole I'm going to try to use epoxy to fill and just paint over it, but the other part that will most certainly not work
Any help is appreciated.

My rear bumper is also rotted out, saw a few blazers in my color, but not finding a lot of info on how to swap out the bumper, just the bumper ends.
Is there a certain year range I need to look for as well if I want to grab one off a scrap yard? Don't care too much about off road or not, the bumper I got has seen better days and is now mostly brown.

Just took it down some rough roads and it shook enough to make the rust fall apart on the bumper The light on the left (license plate light) has came off, not even sure if it is legal to drive at night anymore.
Anyways when swapping for a replacement bumper where do the lights hook in, or do I just cut them (haven't had a chance to crawl under a look yet).

I find if you practice at the junk yard it makes it easier when you get to your own. The plastic tread on the bumper will pry up to access a couple of bolts, use a stiff scraper instead of a screw driver so it has less of a chance to leave a mark.

I got the chance to look under the bumper today, saw four rusted up bolts under it, but they are all on the far sides, didn't see any in the center area.
By plastic part I'm assuming you mean the black thing on the top with the grip.
