The cheapest plan would be to try and free up horsepower that you're already producing. Trying to bolt on horsepower is going to get very expensive.

Inline with the above statement, all that emissions bullcrap is robbing horsepower.

intake exhaust hypertech tune and thats it for cheap unless you want to give it the bottle...
