I would advise against purchasing one of these. You should really have your Blazer tuned by someone in person as each car/truck has it's "own" tune. As in each motor will respond different to a certain tune. Yes these can get you close in some cases, but I would advise you find someone local you can take it in person to get it tuned.
Have you done any modification to your engine/exhaust? If no, I doubt this would net you the gains you might be looking for. The money is best spent else where to be honest.
If you have done modifications or really want a tune find someone local. There is a guy by me who can tune most GM vehicles and only charges $100 dollars for the tune and he's pretty great at it. And as always, find someone who has a good rep, or you trust well to do it.

There are some mods done to it before I got it. The dude before me was started doing away with some emissions stuff. That is pointless here in Texas. Nobody in my area does tunes on 88-94

What other mods?
The emission stuff really doesn't take up that much horsepower to need a tune. Never got why people disabled that stuff on stock cars. From the ones I seen with it, it didn't make much of a difference or even one and if it did it was very unnoticeable.
