Unhappy 95 blazer 4.3 four by, overheating

THe thermostat has been replaced, it's not loosing any fluid, atleast i dont think it is, but it keeps overheating. Goes to 210 quickly sits there or hits 240-250. I've had to be fairly careful and vigilant hasn't blown up or anything.

ANy suggestions.
