95 Blazer Upper/Lower Ball Joints
Folks,
My ball joints just started creeking and popping so I'm going to replace them.
I know I have to drill out the old rivets and there will be nuts and bolts with the new ones.
Couple of questions:
1st do I have to unload the tortion bars.
2nd while I'm in there how much more work would it be to replace the control arm bushings too??
Thanx,
Aqua

You don't need to unload the torsion bars. Once the suspension is at full droop, the bars will be unloaded.
As far as the bushings go, you will have to pull the control arms and then press/beat the bushings out.
