Exclamation Clunking on turns

Kind of a weird problem that I have no idea about. If I turn the wheel to either extreme (left or right), and go forward......I hear like a clunk/thump in sequence with my speed......like "clunk,..clunk,..clunk". I know it's not CV's, but is that something else? Sounds like elbow joints turning past their usable reach. Any ideas? It only happens if I keep the full deflection on the steering going,...If I let up a bit,...it doesn't happen.

Also,....just moved to Charlotte N.C. and am looking for a mechanic out here in case stuff happens. Don't have a garage anymore to do my own work, so need someone I can trust to work on the truck if I need it? Any suggestions? Thanks again everyone!!
