I have to replace the parking brake foot pedal assembly and also the cable, someone cut the cable after the pedal assembly locked up... is this a pretty hard job? What kinda tools am I looking at?

Its not that hard of a job, just awkward to get at. If its a been awhile since the park brake was used which I'm assuming it is, make sure to adjust it at the park brake shoes first before adjusting the cables.
