Question Clunk felt and heard in front end

96 blazer 4 x 4 with a clunk you can feel and hear when turning at low speed. Noise comes and goes. Almost feels like a "shift" from one side to other in front end.

I dont know if its the same as my 91,but i have 2 broken torsion bar mounts thats causing my clunking issues. I need to get it fixed sometime or another. crawl under it and push up on the ends of the torsion member. see if they are bad

Default Ball Joints

You need to check the ball joints first, a bad one tends to give out and "clunk" when it is worn out. Just replaced all four of mine, as well as pitman arm and idler arm. It def. handles better and i don't have a clunk when I make turns.
