Rattle at 35 mph
I have searched My 2000 blazer LT 4x4 over for this rattle and I cannot find it. From 0-30 mph no noise , from 35-45 (sometimes a little higher) I get this rattle from sounds like passenger fender area.. Usually above 50 I hear nothing. I have taken everything off the inner fender from the blower motor to the headlights .. including the blower motor itself (needed changed) . The PCM had some up and down movement so when I put everything back together I put some rubber under it ..Wasn't the noise it is still there. I have replaced the whole front end except the control arms . New ball joints, tie rods, idler, hub assemblies cv axles, brakes, rotors sway bar bushings, links. New shackles , shocks , calipers, brakes on the back and new brake line from front to back. I also did the hood hinge fix .. What on earth am I missing to stop this annoying rattle ?

Not the brakes .. It makes the noise braking, accelerating, turning, up hill, down hill ... I haven't tried a wheelie or 2 wheels yet but every other way the noise does not change. I noticed today that occasionally I can hear it a interstate speeds as well . I thought this morning I found the problem the bottom bolt at the back of the passenger tire on the inner fender well was loose . The big washer would spin and rattle .. tightened it.. didn't help. I'm off work the next 2 days ..some serious searching gonna happen.
