Default Manual 4WD shift

Hi,
is there some possibility to make the transfer case a manual shift? Like taking the encoder motor out and put a shifter linkage on.

Did someone do this or have some suggestions?

Depends on what you have... Search is your friend. At this point, only you know the details on your vehicle...

Hi,
it's a 98 push button 4 Wd Blazer...

I already searched but didn't find what I was looking for.

You're not doing it right! Try combining terms with a '+' sign.

Anyway, more details are required as there were two different 'push button 4wd' systems in '98. If you have the 4-button (NV236) switch in the dash, you cannot convert it to a manual shift without changing the transfer case and having the computer reprogrammed.

If you have the 3-button switch, try a search for "nv233+manual+shift".
