31's I would say..

I got a 3" body 1.5" susp and had to trim a fair bit in the front to clear...

33"s I could get away with a 10.5 maybe but would rub the frame was to bad with a 12.5 (have a set to try so will update when I get time to test fit)

Keep in mind you will need to get a different offset wheel or you will be rubbing the frame pretty bad even with a 31... which will push your front tires past the fender a bit..

^^What they said^^

You could get away with 32's and a lot of trimming. But the backspacing would have to be about 5" on a 15x7 or 6" on a 15x8. At least that's my best guess.

3" BL & 1.5" TB twist & the 32 x 11 rub on the front at full deflection with fender & bumper trimming when turning. But I have aftermarket flares & mud flaps on the front as well, just to keep the chit from covering the front windows. Check out my garage to see pics if you like.
<edit> I'm running 15 x 10 rock crawlers.

check my garage, I wouldn't reccommend you trim as much as I did, I would just stick with 31's....

My wheels are 15X7 with a 4.5" backspacing
