On a '94, that line that you are holding in the first picture should run down to the evap canister located under the air box. It goes into one side of the 't' pictured in the second picture. The other side of that 't' should go to the branch/check-valve fitting on the side that is perpendicular to the other 4 outlets. From there, the two lines you have probably run to the HVAC and transfer case. One of the other two could possibly run to the cruise (if equiped) and the other is likely just supposed to be plugged.
