Default 4x4 and revearse issues (help?)

I just bought a 94 s10 blazer with 108k miles on it and it runs pretty well, the only problem is that when i am in revearse and hit the gas the truck starts to shake. Also, when i am in 4x4 and turn the wheel to the left, the front left tire seems to shake or rub against something and the truck shakes the same way it does in reverse (when in reverse it shakes if it is in 4x4 or not) Any ideas as to what could cause these issues? thanks.

I would check your motor mounts and trans mount first...

ok, i got it on a lift at my cousin's shop today and the front left axle is bad so i know i need that, also the u joint in the back, but i did grease the u joint and the shaking in revearse still happened...i think i may be looking at a shot rear end...how much would a new rear end for that truck cost me?

Pop the diff cover and take a look inside before condemning the diff. Typically, problems with the diff are not just in reverse.
