Default 90 S10 Blazer Clicking noise

Hello everybody,
Recently I noticed a clicking noise that is coming from the upper part of the engine but I can't determine its origin. The clicks or whatever it is accelerates as I hit the gas. I put a metal rod on the tenioner and stick my ear to it and I could hear the clicking noise very clear, but im also suspecting the a/c unit beside it. Any suggestions? Check the video to hear the sound.

Its a 4.3 rear wheel drive 1990 s10 blazer, has about 100K miles on it.

Thanks.

Thanks.
Remove the belts and turn the pulleys by hand. Maybe a bad bearing?

Investigate in depth.

Could be a pulley, could also be a lifter gone bad.

Other members, ever heard something like that?

In any case I would want to rule out the valvetrain or engine internals before continuing to drive it.

Remove the belt and start the engine (VERY briefly) and notice if you still hear it. If you hear it still, it is not a problem with any pulley on your engine, but rather most likely something inside.
