INtake Gasket / Head Gasket / Cracked Head
Symptoms:
1. Air Bubbles go into the Overflow upon the engine turning Over
2. Fuel leaks into The exhaust ( a lot I might add)
3. Plug fowls out and smells slightly of antifreeze/gas mix
Mechanic 1: Blown Gasket or cracked Head
Mechanic 2: The Intake gasket is Blown Big Time
Friend 3: The Block May be cracked or head is cracked or Head gasket is Blown.
Of Course it is at the garage and will be tore down in a week or so
Please share Your expert knowledge with me Prior to garage making a Bundle from tearing it down and putting it back together.
I can replace heads easy enough but a cracked Block is a show stopper so I know you guys have hit the money on the head each time dont stop now.

Is there a Difference in 2.8L and 4.3L Heads or do they interchange?

I don't think there's anyway to tell which it is without tearing it down. They all give pretty much the same symptoms.
Getting antifreeze in the oil is a VERY bad thing no matter where it's coming from.

No Antifreeze in the Oil
Gas in The exhaust and Coolant in The Exhaust
after much research I figure it is The water seeping into the cylinder ( also how air is entering the coolant system sending bubbles into teh overflow tank) and since water dont combust it fowls the plug and both gas and coolant exit the valve into teh exhaust.
