can i use these two together w/o probs

Nope, it says with the air filter lid.. Fits Models With Round Factory Filter Only (TBI)

right, but the FIPK for the 91 is a round filter, it looks like the same thing except is more open then the factory........ one which one would be better if i just bought one

The first one would probably allow more air flow.

I would get the OEM replacement filter, that has enough air flow. Your engine does have the TBI unit and the computer may not be able to handle the air coming from the air lid. The TBI is designed to with a closed lid for a reason if you remove the metal area directly above the TBI it will affect air flow into the TBI and cause problems. That EXTREME Lid is designed for a large bore carburated engine not a stock V6.

What does a TB space do anyways. What do you benifit from it?
