Help!
I was driving tonight everything dandy, good oil pressure and temp good. Then engine just quit, like someone had just unplugged it. No stammering or stuttering just flat quit. Coasted to a pull out on the road and tried to restart it, turned over fine but nothing. Turned key to the run position and the service engine light was not on as it should be. Would a failed ignition module cause these issues?
Thanks in advance for any help out here.

I am going to have the ignition module checked this morning and will post results later.

fixed

Turned out to be scale build up on ecu fuse. Was not burned just scaled with corrosion just enough to kill the circuit. Go figure.
