hard to start when cold
Hey all, been a while, but have new new question to ask. The blazer runs great after I replaced the leaking fuel lines, havent had a problem since. But now its getting a bit chilly out here in Missouri and I found out the first day it dropped down to into the 30's that it would not start up right away, kind of pops a bit, and then after a few cranks, will eventually start. As usual out here, the next day it was back in the 50's and it started right up on the first crank. Did a search of the forum but came up empty on cold starting. Any ideas?
Thanks
Geoff

RE: hard to start when cold
check plugs and wires and rotor and cap. use some some Sea foam to clean out throttle body. Might be your Maf sensor is too or a psv valve sticking when cold.

You fuel or electricals can be the issue to. I would see what codes it throws out too.

How old is your battery? Batteries and cold weather have an extreme dislike for one another.
