Angry Headlights out

Hey all,

1991 S-10 Blazer

So my headlights went out after we saw avengers endgame. After I got home I checked all the fuses under the steering wheel, all fine, then I played with the fog light switch a bit and they came back on. All was fine for a couple days then BAM, they went out again. I played with the fog light switch some more, but nothing happened. I tried replacing the headlight switch, and fog light switch, but that didn't help. The headlights are new and were just replaced about a month ago.

When I turn the switch on the dash lights come on, and the high beam indicator comes on, but when I pull the lever the indicator stays on.

Any ideas?

Is it a ground issue, if so where do I find the headlights ground?
