Default Lowering a 1994 4x4 Blazer S10

Still thinking about building a project blazer. Now when it comes to lowering there is much confusion and ambigous information around.
So I'm asking to see if somebody did it and what you used and what problems you ran into.

The car is a 1994 4x4 Blazer S10 fully stock
The lowering target is 3" front and back.

FRONT
How far does the front go lower with stock torsion bar keys?
What is the fuzz about new spindles (drop spindles)?
How far can the stock adjustments be used to correct camber and caster?

REAR
Is there other means of lowering the rear end then blocks?
What rear axle horse power may the blocks take (given the longer arms on the clamps)?
Experience with leaf spring kits?

Any input is welcome such as experience reports, links to kits or other forums, builds etc.

Marc
