Default 1990 Blazer Cluster IP: Gauges are off

Hi guys,

I have this great '90 S10 Blazer Automatic 4x4, but I'm having some cluster issues. Suddenly Oil gas and tachometer gauges went off; it first started like on/off on/off like vanishing then it came back and then those gauges finally stoped being visible on the dashboard. But the Speedmeter and mile counters are there same light intensity they had when I bought it. Searching for some info I found that this issue is caused by the analog board on the cluster IP so I bought this other cluster IP from a 94 S10 Blazer, switched it but no luck. This other cluster IP shows the same issue. This 94 cluster was in working condition so I think problem is in other place. Using this Hayne's workshop manual for S10 blazer i've checked voltage on the cluter IP connector on the dashboard and according to the hayne's book voltage are there where it should be. But I ask you guys because this books sometimes have misplaces info and maybe some of you have had this issued and succeded fixing it. What other circuits sould I check on the blazer? Thanks in advance.
