RPM drops, hesitates when I take it out of park
Hey everyone
I'm back again. Haven't posted in a while with any problems which is a good thing. It's nothing drastic, but when i start my car, I usually let it warm up for 5 minutes before i start driving. When I shift it from park to reverse, the rpm drops down almost like the car is going to stall out, it picks itself back up, but it gets so close to stalling out. It does it more in reverse than any other gear. I've did a whole extesnive tune up, spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and I just used seafoam yesterday in the intake port, the gas tank, and the crankcase. Also i've been meaning to replce the the thermostat becuse I dont know if my temp guage is bad because the needle stops right before 110 (i believe thats the first number on that temp guage) . I dont know if its just the temp guage thats broken or stuck, or if its my thermostat. If any one has any ideas or suggestion, then post away.

On the RPM drop when shifted out of park, I would say that maybe a good TB cleaning is in order, specifically the IAC valve. Could also be a dirty EGR valve causing this problem.
On the seafoam in the crankcase, you don't want to have it in there too long. Plan on an oil change in the next day or so depending on how much you drive it.
