Unhappy Running Rough after Mudding Acc

I took my truck mudding earlier this year and I think My truck bit off a little more than it can chew. (check pictures in album)
For a few months, the motor was bricked.

I guess after the motor dried out, the motor was trying to start but wasn't turning over. I recently replaced the Alternator, Spark Plugs, Air Filter, all Wires, Plugs, Cap Rotor, Changed the oil and gave it a good tune up, so it's finally running again.

The breaks are really squishy and the truck doesn't wanna seem to stop so I know I gotta replace the breaks and rotors.

The truck made a clicking noise when I turn the wheels. I cleaned the caked on mud from behind the wheels, and I know I gotta replace the plastic boots cause they're cracked. I'm guessing I have to re-grease the joints and what not also.

When I got the truck running again, I kept flooring the truck and muddy water would shoot out the tailpipe like a fire hose. I did it enough to where no more water comes out the tailpipe. White smoke would come out the tailpipe, but when I recently started it, there was brown smoke coming out. I'm guessing that's just rust making the smoke brown.

Also, when I drive the truck, the truck jerks and chuggs while driving, like it would stop & go, stop & go. Or as if the truck would keep braking.
The wheels feel like they would skip. I don't know what's wrong with the truck and I don't have that much mechanical experience so I'm asking for advice what any of you might think could be wrong with the truck.

I checked the trans fluid and it seemed fine. I also checked the oil, and it looked dirty, like muddy water and oil mixed even though I changed the oil after the mudding accident. I feel I might need to flush the system and replace the fluids, even the trans fluid.

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP OR ADVICE.

If your oil is muddy looking like in a milky way then you probably either blew your head gaskets or cracked the block which is allowing coolant to enter your oil and creating the milky substance you see when checking the oil. Also you said its sluggish like stop and go and sputtering....You dont need to replace the tranny fluid bro all signs point to loss of combustion pressure from a cracked block or blown gasket....Sorry for the bad news bro.....

That sucks.

Is there a way to see if it's a blown head gasket or a cracked Block??
Would I be able to see the crack??
