1992 s10 blazer air conditioning smells like burning rubber
I haven't been driving too much today, but later this afternoon I noticed a burning rubber smell coming from my AC. It is still blowing cold. I don't see smoke, but I hear a humming vibration coming from the radiator.
I recently replaced the radiator and the blower motor. I also don't see a loss of coolant or a leak. |
I would make sure that the radiator hoses are not rubbing or touching anything that could cause them to have a burning smell. The smell could be coming from the engine compartment into the vents.

maybe check to make sure your AC clutch is working correctly. I had one lock up on one of my earlier Gen 1's and it was burning the belt since it wasn't turning.
