4 dr S10 spare tire mounting?

Anyone know the part number for the retainer assembly for the inside mount spare tire? I have the hook and the nut, but am missing the retainer.

Barring that, I'll take a source (other than GM dealer) - LMC doesn't appear to carry these.

Thanks... Dave

Can't help you on the part number but sounds like something you may possibly find very easy at your local junkyard.

Isnt it just a big eyebolt? I wonder if its just a common size. Or find a bolt and weld a ring to it. Put it in the wanted section. I might even have one laying around. I dont use mine. But i might have took it out. I rigged up a highlift mount with that area

Tried that, no one seems to have one. Been searching online from some of those junkyard searches, we'll see what turns up.

There's another doohicky that goes onto the eye bolt and fits into the center hole of the wheel. I have the eye bolt and the wing nut, I need the other piece.

Didn't passenger cars with the doughnut and scissor jack mounted in the truck use a similar setup? When checking the local junkyards you might want to look in a few cars.
