wheel cylinder may be leaking, also i had a truck that did this, it has a bad axle seal making the pads all rubber like and would lock up one of the wheels every morning for the first few brakes, probably just take your drums off see if theres anything leaking, hose them down with brake clean and re-adjust and reinstall them

I had a 1984 LeSabre that had that same problem with the rear brakes. In my case, it turned out to be a piece of the friction material that broke off the brake shoe. That would cause the brakes to stick first thing in the morning because it was lodged in between the shoe and the drum. After driving for a few miles it would dislodge and be fine for a while.
Definitely pull the rear drums and check for any leaks or obvious broken parts. |
