92 blazer oil line

Not sure why but my oil line from the block to filter started to leak. I traced the leak to the upper hard line. I went to the local pick and pull for the new lines as a replacement part was priced at 100 bucks, pick and pull was 15 bucks. I pulled the lines from a 93 blazer, come to find out there is a difference between the 92 and 93 years. My 92 has O-rings on each line, where the 93 has a set of oil seals, both lines come as one seal. Never the less, this is dependent on the oil line, so the 93 lines worked on my 92. I made sure to use new oil seals for the 93 lines, they ran about 10 bucks.https://blazerforum.com/forum/attach...ine=1407475946

This is the bolt holding the lines to the block, I found using 5 extensions, ( 2 short and 3 long) with a 13mm from the front of the engine is the best way to reach this bolt.

I've replaced the oil cooler lines on my 1998 Blazer. I had to remove the bolt from the driver's side engine mount and slightly lift the engine to get it to clear. I got my replacement lines from PepBoys.
