94 Blazer with 4.3l -Fuel dripping from tail pipe
 
It's been intermittently running rough, then finally wouldn't start. The plugs were clean and wire relatively new. I replaced the distributor cap and rotor, replaced the fuel filter and checked the EGR valve. It'll start now, but raw fuel is dripping out of the tail pipe. I tripped the codes on the dash and there weren't any present. Any ideas what I can do to solve the potential "Molotov" Chevy?

1. Fuel Leaking From CPI (injector), FPR ( Fuel pressure Regulator on side of injector), Nut Kit ( Hoses that go from metal Fuel Lines into the plenum "upper intake" into the injector), any of these will leak fuel into the upper intake called a plenum.

2. Cracks in the heads / valves or stuck open valve

Diagnostics and tell tale signs:
What is The fuel pressure idling/running?
What is the fuel pressure with key on but not started?
How fast/slow does teh pressure leak off with key on but not started?
Is The plugs wet?
Is gas in The oil?
Is The Oil overfilled after running the truck a while?

I had and am having same issue/symptoms so I have done gone through much of this.

There is in fact, gasoline in the crank case. Apparently, not something caused by a sensor issue. Cracked head?

#1 from JR's post is the MOST COMMON failure for the CPI engines & can result in both raw fuel out the tail pipe as well as fuel in the crankcase. Start there before jumping to deeper things. A compression check & leak down test can be done to assess the condition of the rings/pistons/headgasket/heads/valves/etc.

I'll check the CPI, FPR and nut kit for leaks. The vehicle isn't worth tearing the engine down for anything major. Thanks guys for the tips and help. -J.R., you rock! I expect I'll be back to Blazer Forums when I have it apart.

Hats off to J.R. I took the plenum off and found a hose n clamp repair from the inlet to the CPI had backed off the barb. A simple fix compared to any other scenario. God willing, after the oil replacement and a double check I've got all my hoses and sensors reconnected, it'll start and be the reliable Chevy I've been able to count on.
