94 W code oil cooler line
hey guys
i've got a 94 S-10 Blazer with the W code 4.3 the oil cooler line going into the radiator ruptured yesterday and i was wondering if anyone knows where to get a new one without going to the dealer and getting raped?? also, any tips on replacing the line? thanks |

Any autoparts store will have the proper lines. You want lines that have 3 crimps in the connections between the hardline and the flex line. Dorman makes a good set of lines. |

PartsAmerica.com - Advance Autoparts website shows two possibilities, Motormite #625102 as well as #625176 for HD cooling applications.
Autozone.com shows Dorman #625-102 with no mention of another HD cooling application... |

the HD line may work, but i'd have to see it. the normal oil cooler lines dont look like they'll work on mine |

hey anybody know the production figures on the 94 W code Blazers?
mine's a 94 4 door Tahoe LT with everything from a factory tailgate spare tire mount to elec hatch release and of course thesweet W code 4.3. ive never seen another one optioned like this one. |

Mine has all of that too! It's probably an LT also, just haven't bothered to check...I think that's what it says on the glovebox?????????
OK, I just checked and it says S10 Tahoe on the glovebox...... |

is the 8th digit in the VIN a W or Z? (the engine code)
