Blazer S10 1988 2.8 V6

Hi,

I am currently executing a few maintenance action. one of them is replacing the fuel filter. Although this looked an easy job at first, I am surching for it an hour know.
according to the WWW, it should be located under the car and probably at driver side, mounted on to the frame.
Have been looking for it, but no fuel filter to be found.

Some other sources are saying that it is possible to find it:
1) on passengers railframe. I am not so familiar with all the terms but I looked at passenger side also. And no fuel filter either.
2) somewhere hidden in the motor. Also no specific location given, but I took a quick look there as well. No fuel filter.

Is there someone who can help me.
With a specific location, maybe a picture/sketch?

Ps: car drives on both gasoline and LPG (gas) . no idea if this has any influence but i am quite sure it isn't
