code 22,23,33

the check engine light came on so i bought the obd1 or whatever its called. and it gave the code 12,22,23,33 i replaced the MAF sensor but it is still giving me the same codes...........why?

Would be more helpful if you put your truck information in a signature and turned on signatures with posting...

did you clear the codes after you replaced the MAF?

DTC - 12 No distributor reference pulse (diagnostic test active)
DTC - 22 Throttle position sensor error (signal low)
DTC - 23 Intake air temp sensor error (low temp indicated)
DTC - 33 MAP sensor circuit error (signal high indicating low vacuum)

Looks like replacing the MAF was not the issue. Looks like you have vacuum leak for one. And possibly a bad TPS sensor.

Normally what I do is disconnect the power for 10 min, then start it up without touching the gas. Let it idel and warm up. Then see if the SES light comes on again.

No
MAF=airflow [Mass Air Flow]
MAP=airpressure(vacuum) [Manifold Absolute Pressure]

They take measurements at different places...
