did you clear the codes after you replaced the MAF?
DTC - 12 No distributor reference pulse (diagnostic test active)
DTC - 22 Throttle position sensor error (signal low)
DTC - 23 Intake air temp sensor error (low temp indicated)
DTC - 33 MAP sensor circuit error (signal high indicating low vacuum)
Looks like replacing the MAF was not the issue. Looks like you have vacuum leak for one. And possibly a bad TPS sensor.

MAF=airflow [Mass Air Flow]
MAP=airpressure(vacuum) [Manifold Absolute Pressure]
They take measurements at different places...
