what should my psi be for my 94 s10 blazer w vin? and how to adjust rocker arms as well

Compression should be a minimum of 100 psi, with a difference of no more than 20%. You might not have adjustable rocker arms. But if you do the easiest way I have found is to remove the valve covers, then start the engine, make sure no rockers are ticking, then 1 at a time, loosen a rocker until it ticks, slowly tighten until it stops, then turn it 3/4 of a turn, then move on to the next. You will know if they are not adjustable because they cannot be tightened any more. So if you put a socket on a rocker and cannot tighten it they are not adjustable. Good luck, Korey.
