Hi All, ok I need a little knowledge here. 88 s10 Blazer, 4.3 tbi, 4x4, auto,220k miles. I have finally got this one running great but there is a problem that displays itself once in a while. The engine will display a terrible running condition like a stuck open EGR. I have cleaned and tested the EGR and it is ok. I am trying to rule out possible causes. UPDATE...I found the problem...
Someone who owned Blazer before me cliped the pink/white wire to the EVRV to disable it. It was very hard to find this problem. It caused me a lot of extra work...gee thanks previous owner....lol
