help new fuel pump

Default help new fuel pump

It works but now it has a miss-idel and before the pump went out it ran fine :-/

It may just be a weird coincidence. Double check your work then start checking your ignltlon system.

Well I tried to move it to day when it stared up it was fine I backed it up fine put it in drive and it shut off :-/ now it won't start

did you buy a cheap pump at the local auto store? These trucks are picky on pumps,unless its a ac delco or delphi, its a big gamble. tons of people have nothing but issues on cheap pumps. Including me.

U think it could have sumthing to do with the shifter at all with it turning off when I put it in drive cuzz it was runing fine till I put it in gear

I would guess that is the problem. These HATE cheap pumps man, Sorry to say. But its the truth.

Ok dam I don't even have 5miles on it what kind of pump should I look for

I'm going to try a new fuel filter them check fuel presher see if I get anything
