horrible gas mileage in my 93 Blazer

Hi I just bought a 1993 S-10 Blazer 2 months ago and since then it has been getting worse gas mileage then when i first bought it, it has about 180,000 miles and the high output
V6 and I'm getting like 10 miles per gallon andcity driving is all i do. I was told that putting on a k&n air intake + filter would help butI did that and a flowmaster exhaust and it just made my gas mileage worse.
I was just wondering what I should do at this point, maybe put in new spark plugs and wires? It runs great and I sadly have considered selling her to get a toyota instead, I just wish it got better MPG.

Oh man, that sounds kinda lame,
You may just want to get a regular tune-up,

Get the pump/valve replaced/clean and such.
I had horrible gas mileage turned out, my truck needed a new air filter, new gas filter, and a few other fuel system replacements.

Try putting in Gas treatment to clean your engine out - since it's older, and a nice big vehicle, someone probably took it offroading at least once.
Buy some nice Gas, Oil, and transmission treatment fluid, and it should run better and get better mileage :)

But you SHOULD replace the spark plugs anyways.
[Just to let you know, I'm not very knowledgeable about vehicles, but I've found those usually have helped me in the past.]
