Default missing problems with 92chevy s10 4.3 liter

Anyone have any ideas as to what would be causing my blazer to be missing? when driving it starts to cut out. Hasn't officially died on me yet, but it does seem like the problem is getting worse. I've changed spark plugs, added fuel injector cleaner and cleaned out the egr valve, but none of it helped. Any ideas on this problem would greatly be appreciated.
Thanks,
Paul
