My seat belt wont retract

Hi. I have a 1983 s10 blazer. The bottom part of the seatbelt wont retract and i dont know how to fix it. Sugestions?

*Moved to 1st Gen Tech*

You will need to go to a junk yard and get a retracting assembly. They fit behind the "B" pillar molding.

BTW Late model cars lock them up when you are in a colision
Same deal ,you must replace afterwards
