Default Need help fast...

I have a 1991 S-10 blazer with electronic dash....problem is the speedo only works if u drive 15 continueus miles, if u stop u gotta start all over again. i just replaced with $130.00 speed sensor in the transfer case. everything else on the cluster works...help me out please.... ASAP

Sounds like it could be a cluster problem. The difficulty with the older trucks is that you cannot just access the VSS information through the diagnostic link...

should i take the speed sensor back and go to the local j/y and get another cluster??? how do u get the cluster out?

That is up to you. Not sure where you purchased it, but many parts stores have policies against returning electrical devices.

You would need to remove the trim panel on the dash to access the retainers for the cluster.
