Check the ecm fuse under the hood, 15 amp
do you know about where the ecm fuse under the hood is can't find it. i have two under driver side dash fuse box. both are good.
Not sure on a 92, had a similar issue on mine last week, it was a short causing a blown fuse ecm
Ok looked for the fuse under hood couldn't find one. Just wondering by some chance could it be my alternator. Cuz I know it will run without battery connected.
Running with the battery just means the alternator is putting out, which is good. but you also run the risk of fryin the ecm....as for the fuse location...check either tucked up in the driver fender or on the passenger side firewall...
good luck |

92 has the only fuse box under the driver side dash. make sure the sending unit is still plugged in, lol and check for broken wires
