Over-torqued Manifold bolts 3-5 pounds

Just replaced my CPI and lower intake gasket only to discover I over torqued the lower manifold intake bolts somewhere between 3-5 ft/lb (normal is 35 ft/lb)
Didn't hear any popping, went really slow, torque wrench popped and I stopped. Should have double checked my math.
Do I need to back them off one at a time in sequence and re-torque? Or will it be ok? Please don't say I need to tear it back down!
Any input is appreciated.

meh. i wouldnt worry about it. 99% of the time the do-it-yourselvers just crank em down with a socket wrench and be done with it. if its not leaking in the oil,and not outside. call it done.
props at using a torque wrench!

I'm going to rent a coolant system pressure tester from O'Reillys, that should tell me if my gasket is toast I guess. Hopefully it's ok. Guess that's what I get for using a torque wrench in inch pounds and a calculator.
