Please help!! Oil leak!!

so i started my blazer up before leaving work to let it warm up. went back in the building for a second and came out and theres oil dripping and making a decent sized puddle (about that of a small cereal bowl). i have a 4.3L Vortec. its dripping out only while its under pressure right above where the Front driveshaft universal joint is. my dad looked at it and thinks it may be the oil cooler adapter, is there maybe a gasket in there that can go bad? im sure, just like all the other stuff ive replaced, its the original adapter that came with it in 92.

Oil lines

The oil lines are prone to failure. Make sure you have proper oil level and clean the suspected area. If you do need to replace the lines to the remote filter, do both at the same time. It is easier to remove and install the line to the block if you jack the motor up a bit.

Yes there is a seal in there , hopefully thats what it is , but the oil lines are prone to failure at there age . I replaced mine last year on my 94 .

There are some new oil lines on ebay from $40 to 60 bucks .

just an update... it def wasnt the lines, it was the adapter housing gasket. tried to do it myself but can only do sooo much in a parking lot. couldnt really get the new one in correctly. so an $8 gasket set turned into a $150 mechanics bill. i need to buy a garage with a lift in lol
