Probably a stupid question but...

So I have a 1992 Blazer with a 4.3L "Z" 1995 block 1992 top end. Im buying a new water pump for it but I keep finding pumps that say with threaded outlet, with out threaded outlet and that say nothing at all. What the F are they talking about?
