Default Rear glass hinge repair

Any one had to fix the hinges on their back glass. The plastic bushings that snug up against the window when the bolt is tightened are shot on mine and one of the hinges threads are completely stripped out with the other one not far behind. I was thinking about drilling straight through the existing hole in the hinge and using a nut and bolt. But I still need some sort of plastic bushing with a collar to keep everything aligned. Any ideas?

Have you checked your local bone yards?

I would suggest junk yards, I just picked one up for mine the other week. My bolt was shot and wouldnt stay snug, kept falling out. Just make sure there the same, I almost picked one that didnt have the extension for the rear wing. All you need is a Star key and wrench to remove it.
