Shoulder Belt Lost Tension

Shoulder Belt Lost Tension
My shoulder belt has lost its tension. I have taken front shoulder belts out of s10 pickups many times, but I am having problems taking out the driver’s side shoulder belt from an 85 s10 Blazer. If you have done this before, please explain how you did it. I'm sure there's a trick and I've missed it. Yesterday, I tied the belt in a knot. Not a good idea. Thanks.

It is amazing to me that 131 people have viewed my post and not 1 has ever taken out a shoulder belt assembly from a Blazer, even though this is a BLAZER FORUM. End of RANT....
To clarify, I know how to remove bolts, but to remove the assembly it looks like I will have to remove the entire interior panel, which involves removing the whole back seat. I'm really looking for a possible shortcut. Anybody???? HELP....
