Default 16" wheels with 265/70-16 tires

2001 Blazer 4x needs tires, and we got some 16" Goodyear Fortera tires with ~90% tread left for free, tho the stock wheels are 15".
Have OEM 16" wheels for a 4th gen Camaro lying about that still look good, and have only 4mm more offset. Tires fit these rims fine.
Jacked her up and put a wheel on; full lock left and the tire may rub the stab bar. Turn full lock right and inner lip of wheel just touches chassis. Eyeball looks like it will raise the Blazer 1-2"... Tires fit rear without rubbing.
Truck will stay stock, no suspension mods, Wife likes ride height increase.

I wonder, will the wider tire, taller wheel height, and raising the vehicle harm the suspension IN ANY WAY? I know speedo error is likely, steering may slow, mpg may increase a tiny bit, yada: I am concerned with increased wear and stress on the stock undercarriage and front suspension. Great tires are free, have the wheels...

Any takes? Tips? Thanks!

With the exception of higher rotational inertia and circumference I would say minimal wear on suspension componants. Also consider that the 16in wheels could utilise a lower aspect ratio tire thus improving steering response.

Thanks.
Would prefer a lower profile but as a working Dad I cannot pass up the free tires!
New to the forum and just noticed a wheel section! Ooops...

Tire size calculator online says the tires will be 30.6" tall.
