Default 1996 bad number 3 o2 sensor

my check engine light recently came on and i took it to a local parts store and had them run the codes. They told me it was the number 3 oxygen sensor. i was wandering if anyone could tell me which one that would be? and how hard it would be to replace.

It is the sensor behind the catalytic converter. A wrench is all that is required.
