It would help if you gave more specific info on the vehicle, its best to put it in your signature. i.e. auto/manual trans, 2wd/4wd, 2/4 door.

If its a 4 door, then just remove the door panel just like in the front. If its a 2door here is a link to a thread on s10planet.com

Rear speakers in 2 door, 2nd gen. blazer
In case anyone is wondering how to replace/ rewire the rear
speakers on a 2dr, 2nd gen. blazer. Your going to have to
do this just to get to them....

Absolutely ******* horrible design. All one peice

Its not very hard but it is a pain in the ***. Yes you have to remove
that huge interior panel, it runs almost the whole interior length of the car.
Most of the pannel is held in by metal clips, which just pop off when you pull
on them, but you will have to take off the seatbelts anchor bolts (t-60 torx
bit), the hanger hooks on both sides. On the drivers side you have to remove
the jack and tire changing stuff (with an additional screw in the back). On
the passenger side you have to take off the "oh ****!" handle.

After that, gently start pulling off the pannel starting near the door and work
your way back to the rear. Be carefully you dont crack it!.

You may have to pop off part of the ceiling panel in the rear to slide the
others out from under it. After everything is undone the panel lifts out of the
side retainers and you can move it to the side like seen in the pictures.
Your speakers shoul be held in with either phillips head or 1/4" headed
screws.

Hopefuly this helps someone looking to replace(or rewire in my case) their rear speakers.

I've just spent a while trying to figure out the rear doors. There's a rectangular cover inside the door handle hole you have to pull off to find the screws.

djdrew010... it was in the instructions you posted so that's how I figured it out. Just figured I would post something about the cover for poor souls like me that are hunting the reason they can't get that door panel off.
