Default 1996 s10 hard starting

My 96 Blazer has some starting issues. First off I have recently replaced the fuel pump with an aftermarket one, and had no problems until the weather started turning colder. Next thing it was getting hard starting, sometimes 5-10 cranks before it would start. After that it would only start if I poured some gas down the throat.I had a one year warranty on the fuel pump so I got another and replaced that last night. Took about 4 cranks to start and ran fine. Next morning I tried to start and same thing no start. Poured gas dpown throat and started. Shut off and started again, ran fine. Got to reading and decided to do a pressure test. Would not start and I had about 46 PSi at startup, poured gas down throat again and started up and pressure rose to 55 psi and stayed there. I checked 15 minutes later and pressure was holding. At 55 psi it started right up again. I bled the pressure and tried to start, nothing gauge was at 46 psi and stayed there, gas down throat and started again. Am I looking at a spider, pressure regulator or something else? Thanks

Replaced the fuel filter nd still have the same problem. I also checked the pressure before the filter and I am getting about 44-46 psi before the filter. I am now guessing another bad fuel pump. The only other thing I can think of is that the replacement pump had a new harness that I had to splice into. The new one has 2 blacks and 2 other colors, the old one had a black and a black/white. Don't know if these two wires make any difference.

OK I checked the pressure out of the pump, has 46 psi, luckily I still had my old pump which the only reason I replaced was because of a cracked fitting on the return side. Decided to try to check psi at old pump and new pump. Old one has 75 psi at fuel fitting and the new one has 46 psi at fuel fitting, also the new one seems to leak at the fuel line inside the pump, I guess I should have learned a lesson and bought a good one, instead of an aftermarket cheapie. Now it is the fourth time dropping the tank. I am quite sure I can get the old one to seal with a rubber hose on the return side and be back in business, Thanks for the help.
