Default 1997 Blazer S10 Tach Install..Anybody

Anybody out there installed a Tach in a 1997 or similar S10 or S10 Blazer?
The Chiltons Manual, is a little spotty on where the Tach wire is in the
engine compartment.
I have a new Tach I want to install.
Also, has anyone out there lifted your 4 door 1997 Chevy Blazer?
If so, who was the kit through?
Any custom Modifications y'all have picture of?
All in all, the Tach is my most pressing issue right now.
I have looked and looked, and cannot locate the wire
that is supposed to be near the coil..
<<<Help Please>>>

Wow man! First thing, please do not put your posts in that large of a font. Takes up way too much space...

Second, I don't have my references at work with me in order to check if it is different on a '97, but I can look tonight (I'll email this thread to myself so I remember to do it). On a 2000, C2 (red) pin 20 (white wire) is the tachometer output.

Third, have a look down in the Lifting Tech section for more info on lifting... There are a few people here that are lifted.

Thanks,
Sorry, still kind of new to this posting thing..
The original font seemed kind of small.
I'll check tonight on my truck if I can.
Where is this Connector in a 2000?
Thanks again..

The connector is under hood on the PCM. The connector should be the same, but I am unsure if the location is the same. I also do not know if this wire makes it into the interior or if you would have to tap off of it underhood and run it inside.

When I put the remote start in my Rainier, I taped off of the tach output wire on the PCM underhood and just ran it inside. Was easier than messing around under the dash hoping to find the right wire if it even existed! LOL
